Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, pressed - 3 item
- large tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 3 item
- pinch of black pepper - 1 item
- jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped - 3 item
- chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped - 1 item
How to make summer salsa:
Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Adjust seasonings to taste. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips or with Mexican dishes. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Sweet sauces, Sauces, Salsas.
