Summer fruit smoothie
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- ice cubes - 10 item
- sugar or sugar substitute - 2 tsp
- cold apple juice - 1/2 c
- fresh fruit chunks strawberries, bananas, peeled peaches - 2 c
How to make summer fruit smoothie:
Blend all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until thickened. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Smoothies.
