Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • ice cubes - 10 item
  • sugar or sugar substitute - 2 tsp
  • cold apple juice - 1/2 c
  • fresh fruit chunks strawberries, bananas, peeled peaches - 2 c

How to make summer fruit smoothie:

Blend all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until thickened. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each.
