- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water
- blueberries - 1 c
- raspberries
- tub Cool Whip - 1 (8
- strawberries, sliced
- 9-inch baked pastry shell, cooled - 1 item
- 4 serving size strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
How to make summer berry pie:
Mix berries in a large bowl. Pour into pastry shell.Mix sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth, stirring constantly. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Pour over berries in pastry shell. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Add Cool Whip when served. Garnish with berries.
