  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • walnut pieces - 1 lb

How to make sugar glazed walnuts:

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, place butter. Microwave on High 1 minute or until melted. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Microwave at High 2 minutes. Mix well to combine butter and sugar. Add nuts and mix to coat. Microwave at High 3 to 5 minutes. Spread out on wax paper and cool. Serve warm or cold.
