Sugar-free raisin bars
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- unsweetened applesauce - 3/4 c
- sugar substitute - 1 Tbsp
How to make sugar-free raisin bars:
In saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted. Cook for 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Spread into an 8-inch square pan, that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
