Sugar-free apple pie
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed - 1/3 c
- thinly sliced apples - 8 c
- cheese, grated or cut in small chunks - 4 item
How to make sugar-free apple pie:
Combine the apple juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and sweetener. Set aside. Fill crust of pie shell with apples. Pour juice mixture over all. Dot top with margarine. Place crust on top. Cut slits. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 400°. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
