Ingredients/Components

  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine or oleo - 1 item

How to make sugar cookies:

Mix oil, oleo or margarine, sugar and egg. Mix well, then add flour, soda and salt together. Add to first mixture, then add vinegar. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until edges are brown.
