Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 2 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• sticks butter - 2 item

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream together the sugars, butter, oil and vanilla. Set aside. Mix together the flour, soda, salt, cream of tartar, then add this to sugar mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Roll into balls, size of walnuts. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
