Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla extract - 3/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make sugar cookies:
Cream butter in large mixing bowl. Add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, salt and baking soda; add to creamed mixture, blending well. Divide dough into thirds; roll out onto floured surface. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
