  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp
  • lemon extract - 1/4 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Mix the first 7 ingredients until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Drop by small teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Grease bottom of glass with oil; dip into a sugar and cinnamon mixture and press each cookie. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
