Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• flour
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tps
• egg - 1 item
• stick butter - 1 item
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream sugar and butter together and add other ingredients. Chill dough and then roll in balls and dip in sugar and flatten. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
