- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1 c
- cream of tartar - 1 tsp
How to make sugar cookies:
Beat first 3 ingredients together. Add eggs and beat again. Add remaining ingredients. Place small balls on greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°. Makes about 50 large cookies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
