Stuffed zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- tablespoons parsley flakes - 2 item
- salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- 1/2 lb ground meat - 1 item
- cup rice, partially cooked - 1/3 item
- tablespoons romano cheese - 2 item
- cooked insides of zucchini seeds and all - 1 item
- hollowed zucchini halves boats - 1 item
How to make stuffed zucchini:
Cut zucchinis lengthwise. Scoop out centers leaving a wall around it. After cutting up the insides, cook them until soft in salted water. Drain well when done. Then mix together with all the above ingredients, except the boats. When mixed thoroughlyRecipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
