Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ground turkey - 2 lb
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- ready made stuffing - 2 c
How to make stuffed turkey burgers:
Mix turkey, onion, salt and pepper. Divide into 12 equal portions. Flatten into patties and fill six patties with 2 tablespoons dressing. Cover with other 6 patties. Fry in deep skillet in 2 tablespoons oil until done on both sides. Add mushroom soup, which has been mixed with milk and simmer 30 minutes, adding nutmeg last.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Turkey.
