Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- ripe tomatoes - 4 item
- slices bread, broken into pieces - 3 item
How to make stuffed tomatoes:
Cut a slice off top of tomato. Scoop out and reserve center. Combine bread and dressings with 1 tablespoon of the oil and 2 tablespoons of the reserved tomato liquid. Fill tomatoes with this mixture. Place in a shallow pan and sprinkle with remaining oil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Side dish.
