Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- stuffing mix - 1/2 c
- medium yellow squash - 2 item
How to make stuffed squash:
Boil whole squash until partially done, about 10 minutes. Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the center of the squash, then chop up the insides and mix with bread crumbs, stuffing mix, onions, salt, pepper, egg, milk and cheese.
