Ingredients/Components
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- box jumbo pasta shells for stuffing - 1 item
- Italian sausage or links - 1 lb
- large can spaghetti sauce any brand - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Cook shells in salted water. Drain and rinse. Saute Italian sausage; drain. If links, bake 1 hour at 350°, then cut into small pieces. Stuff shells with sausage, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese. Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta shells.
