Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- carton Ricotta cheese - 1 oz
- stuffing shells - 1 pkg
How to make stuffed shells:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together Cheddar cheese, 1 package Mozzarella cheese and Ricotta cheese. Brown ground beef; drain, then add Ragu sauce. Cook shells as directed, then rinse in cold water.Stuff shells with cheese mixture and line them in a pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over them. Sprinkle with remaining package of Mozzarella cheese and bake approximately 30 minutes or until all cheeses are melted.
