Stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 12 oz
- oregano - 1 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 16 oz
- spaghetti sauce - 2 3
- garlic salt or powder - 1/2 tsp
- box large shells - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Cook shell according to package directions and drain. Mix in larger bowl, remaining ingredients except the spaghetti sauce. Line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with 1 cup sauce. Fill each shell with cheese mixture. Top with remaining sauce and bake in oven at 350° for approximately 1/2 hour. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta shells.
