Ingredients/Components
- Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, diced - 1 lb
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese* - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- jumbo shells - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Parboil shells for about 10 minutes; drain. Mix together Ricotta, Mozzarella, eggs, grated cheese and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff shells using a knife or teaspoon. Cover bottom of a baking dish with sauce. Arrange shells in a single layer, cover with sauce. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.*I mix Romano and Parmesan together for a richer flavor.
