Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 1
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- slices bacon, crumbled - 4 item
- large baking potatoes - 4 item
- Buddig sliced ham - 1/2 pkg
How to make stuffed potatoes:
Bake potatoes. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Saute onions and bell pepper, oil and shredded ham. Combine potatoes, butter, salt, pepper and sour cream; mix well. Blend in bacon, ham and 1 cup cheese. Spoon into potato shells. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
