Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated onion - 1/4 tsp
- minced parsley - 1 tsp
- diced apple - 1/4 c
- breadcrumbs - 1/2 c
- thick pork chops - 2 item
How to make stuffed pork chops:
Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuff each chop with this mixture. Place in shallow greased pan and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until tender. Yield: 2 servings.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Cajun.
