Stuffed pork chops



  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • onion salt - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • chives - 1 tsp
  • Sauce:1 can tomato soup
  • pork chops 1/2-inch thick, cut a pocket on the side - 4 item
  • your favorite dressing recipe - 1 item

How to make stuffed pork chops:

Sauce:1 can tomato soup1 tsp. parsley1 tsp. onion salt1 tsp. chives1 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. basil salt and pepper Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown lightly on both sides. Stuff the chops with dressing. Secure with toothpicks. Put into baking dish.

In saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over pork chops and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
