  • cold water - 3/4 c
  • ground beef - 1/2 lb
  • pizza sauce - 1 (15
  • Italian sausage - 1/2 lb
  • Bisquick baking mix
  • your favorite pizza toppings - 1 item
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese 12 oz - 3 c

How to make stuffed pizza:

Preheat oven to 450°. Grease a rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Cook and stir sausage and ground beef until brown. Drain and set aside. Mix the Bisquick and water until dough forms. Divide into 2 parts, one slightly larger. On a surface dusted with Bisquick, roll larger portion of dough into a rectangle (16 x 14-inches). Fold into thirds. Press on the bottom and up the side of the dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Cover with 3/4 cup pizza sauce. Add the meat mixture and other toppings. Cover with 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Roll the remaining dough into a rectangle. Fold it into thirds. Place over the cheese in the dish. Unfold. Press the bottom and top crust edges together to seal. Make small slits in the top crust. Spread crust with remaining pizza sauce and cheese. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
