Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 c
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- large green peppers - 6 item
- A - 1/4 c
- can whole kernel corn optional - 1 oz
How to make stuffed peppers:
In skillet, over medium heat, brown meat and cook onion until done. Pour off drippings. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and pepper. Set aside.Cut tops of peppers; remove seeds. Spoon meat mixture into peppers. Arrange in baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minute or until peppers are done. Makes 6 servings.
