Stuffed peppers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- fresh corn - 1 c
- fresh tomatoes, diced - 1 c
- boiled ham, diced - 1 c
- to 6 medium size green peppers - 4 item
- bread crumbs, buttered for topping of peppers - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed peppers:
Cut off tops of peppers (remove inner fillers). Parboil peppers 2 to 3 minutes before stuffing. Mix ham, corn, tomatoes and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Fill peppers. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350° to 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
