Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • fresh corn - 1 c
  • fresh tomatoes, diced - 1 c
  • boiled ham, diced - 1 c
  • to 6 medium size green peppers - 4 item
  • bread crumbs, buttered for topping of peppers - 1/2 c

How to make stuffed peppers:

Cut off tops of peppers (remove inner fillers). Parboil peppers 2 to 3 minutes before stuffing. Mix ham, corn, tomatoes and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Fill peppers. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350° to 375°.
