Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 4 oz
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- large peppers - 4 item
How to make stuffed peppers:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix all ingredients reserving half of tomato sauce and stuff in peppers that have been cut in half and seeds remove. Using reserved tomato sauce, pour on top of peppers. Bake at 300° until peppers are tender-crisp or microwave for 10 or 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
