Ingredients/Components
- salt
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chopped tomatoes - 1/2 c
- peas - 1/2 c
- rice - 1/2 c
- macaroni - 1/2 c
- corn - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup or tomato sauce - 1 item
- to 8 green peppers - 6 item
How to make stuffed peppers:
Parboil peppers 5 minutes. Brown ground beef. Add onion. Cook macaroni and rice. Let cool. Place peppers in casserole dish. Combine all ingredients. Place mixture in peppers. Pour tomato soup or tomato sauce over top. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
