Ingredients/Components
- rice - 1 c
- cans water - 2 item
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- chopped medium onion - 1 item
- medium peppers, green or Hungarian - 6 item
- catsup divided - 1 c
How to make stuffed peppers:
Parboil peppers for 5 minutes, and cool. Mix raw rice and uncooked ground chuck with chopped onion and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup catsup, stuff into pepper shells and put into baking dish. Cover with mixture of the tomato soup, water and the remaining catsup. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
