  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 2 3
  • cream - 2 3
  • bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 4 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 3 Tbsp
  • tarragon - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Swiss cheese - 1/4 c
  • large mushrooms - 12 item
  • minced scallions - 3 Tbsp
  • reserved mushroom stems, minced - 1 item

How to make stuffed mushrooms:

Remove stems from mushrooms and save for stuffing. Brush caps with melted butter. Put in lightly buttered pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute onion in butter and oil 3 to 4 minutes. Add scallions and stems; saute over moderate-high heat for 6
