Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 2 3
- cream - 2 3
- bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 4 Tbsp
- minced onion - 3 Tbsp
- tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/4 c
- large mushrooms - 12 item
- minced scallions - 3 Tbsp
- reserved mushroom stems, minced - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushrooms and save for stuffing. Brush caps with melted butter. Put in lightly buttered pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute onion in butter and oil 3 to 4 minutes.
