Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 3 item
- grated Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- large mushrooms - 2 doz
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems of mushrooms; wash and dice. Saute in olive oil until tender. Add bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and crushed garlic, stirring constantly until crumbs are toasted. Spoon over mushrooms and spoon on melted margarine. Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
