Ingredients/Components
- large mushrooms - 12 item
- melted butter - 2 3
- flour - 1/2 Tbsp
- minced green onions - 2 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 1/2 c
- fresh parsley optional - 3 Tbsp
- or more grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 1/2 lb
- pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- butter - 2 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 tsp
- crushed crackers - 1/3 c
- water - 1/4 1/2
- Pet milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable or corn oil - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Mix all ingredients. Shape meatballs into small balls. Fry in 1/2 inch oil. Shake while cooking to prevent burning.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
