Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms - 2 lb
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- chives - 2 Tbsp
- jar real bacon bits - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Soften cream cheese; mix in Worcestershire sauce to taste. Roll into balls. Refrigerate until semi-hard. Roll balls in bacon bits and place in mushroom caps. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Cook in microwave until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
