  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • butter - 1 item
  • minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • bunch green onions - 1 item
  • pork sausage - 1 lb
  • button mushrooms, stems removed - 2 lb

How to make stuffed mushrooms:

Fry sausage with onions and garlic; drain well. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. Dip each mushroom into melted butter and stuff with mixture. Place in baking dish. Cook, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
