Stuffed manicotti
Ingredients/Components
- manicotti shells - 1 pkg
- egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- parsley, snipped - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
- spaghetti sauce - 3 c
How to make stuffed manicotti:
Cook shells. Combine egg, bread crumbs, parsley, onion and salt. Add meat and cheese. Mix well. Stuff shells. Arrange stuffed shells in casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 375° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Serve with French bread.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Manicotti.
