Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- ketchup - 4 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- large green peppers - 4 item
- grated American cheese - 1/2 c
- soft bread cubes
- can mushrooms, drain save juice; add milk to make 1 c - 4 oz
How to make stuffed green peppers:
Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Cut green peppers in 1-inch rings; stuff them and bake in shallow pan 30 minutes at 350°. Put ketchup and cheese mixture on top and bake 10 minutes more.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
