- grape leaves krinons - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- rice - 1 item
- whole lemon - 1 item
- pignoli nuts - 1 item
- dash of cumin powder - 1 item
- ReaLemon - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 item
- crushed garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make stuffed grape leaves:
Place grape leaves in a pot and simmer for hours with a dish on top. Brown ground meat and onion. Cook rice; add to meat. Squeeze juice from whole lemon. Mix ground meat, onion, rice, lemon juice, pignoli nuts and cumin together. Place mixture in grape leaves and roll like a pig in the blanket.
