Stuffed flounder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- can crab meat, drained - 1 1/2
- flounder fillets - 2 lb
- can drained mushrooms reserve liquid - 1 oz
- coarse saltine cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded Swiss cheese 1 c - 4 oz
How to make stuffed flounder:
In skillet, cook onions in 1/4 cup butter until tender but not brown. Stir drained mushrooms in skillet with flaked crab, cracker crumbs, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
