Stuffed fillet of sole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- chopped peeled cucumber - 3/4 c
- fresh sole fillets - 4 5
How to make stuffed fillet of sole:
In skillet, saute onion in margarine. Stir in the parsley, cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, cooked rice, salt and pepper. Add milk to moisten. Spoon this filling on fillets. Roll to enclose filling and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish. Drizzle butter over top. Bake 45 minutes in 400° oven.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Sole and flounder.
