Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- boxes seasoned croutons - 2 item
- cans minced clams do not drain - 2 to
- additional clam juice to moisten - 1 item
- small onion, minced - 1 item
How to make stuffed clams:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Fill shells with mixture. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.Can be frozen on sheets for 1 to 2 weeks. Makes a great first course, or, if using smaller shells, a great canape.
