Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- medium head cabbage, chopped - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
How to make stuffed cabbage casserole:
Saute ground beef and onion; drain. Add rice, salt and water; mix well. Place 1/2 of chopped cabbage in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover with meat mixture. Put remaining cabbage over meat. Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
