Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Minute rice - 1 c
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- large cabbage leaves - 12 item
- hamburg - 3/4 lb
How to make stuffed cabbage:
Cover leaves with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Combine next 5 ingredients. Place mixture in leaves and roll. Put rolls in baking or casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 325°. Remove from oven and add sauce to the top of rolls. Cover and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Ground beef.
