- salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- sage - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1/2 c
- tomato soup - 1 c
- cabbage leaves - 1 item
- kraut - 1 c
- about 5 crackers
How to make stuffed cabbage:
Boil cabbage leaves in water for a few minutes. Mix first 7 ingredients. Remove leaves from water and roll meat mixture in leaves. Place in baking dish and add kraut on top of rolls, then add can of soup. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Ground beef.
