  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 2 Tbsp
  • ground turkey - 1 pkg
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • relish - 2 Tbsp
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • head cabbage - 1 item
  • ground chicken - 1 pkg
  • large jar Prego sauce - 1 item

How to make stuffed cabbage:

Place separated cabbage leaves in about 3 inches of water in covered Dutch oven; steam for 15 minutes or until soft and pliable. Remove and cool enough to handle. Mix all other ingredients, except sauce, in a bowl and mix well.

Fill each cabbage leaf with about 1/4 cup (a little bigger than a large egg) of stuffing mixture. Place on core of leaf roll and fold in edges. Place in baking dish, edge side down. Pour Prego spaghetti sauce over top. Cover with foil; bake 1 hour at 350°.
