Stuffed cabbage



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • chopped onions - 3 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • tomato juice - 1 item
  • rice - 1 c
  • cabbage, cut up in chunks - 1 item

How to make stuffed cabbage:

Combine beef, onions, rice, salt and pepper. Mix and shape into balls. Put a layer of cabbage and a layer of meat balls in jars until jars are filled 1 inch from the top. Fill with tomato juice. Process in pressure canner for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
