- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salad oil - 5 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- cooked spinach - 1 c
- green cabbage - 1 (3
- cooked ground beef - 1/2 lb
How to make stuffed cabbage:
Rinse cabbage; boil whole in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well; mix together remaining ingredients except oil and water. Spread leaves gently; insert some stuffing and wrap until all is used. Place in baking dish and cover with oil, add water to 1/2 inch. Bake for 25 minutes at 350° or until cabbage is tender. Add hot water to pan if dry.
