- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- stale bread - 4 c
- breast of lamb - 3 lb
How to make stuffed breast of lamb:
Cut pocket in end of lamb breast. Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Place stuffing in pocket of lamb. Place in baking dish in cold oven. Bake at 375° for 2 hours and 30 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, 5 ingredients or less.
