Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- large bell peppers - 6 item
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Wash peppers; take out cores. Cook in boiling water until tender. Drain water off. Put in a baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and fill peppers. Cook in 350° oven for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Rice, Peppers.
