Stuffed bell peppers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- peppers - 6 item
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Precook peppers in salted water for 3 minutes.Cook ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, water, rice and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in cheese. Stuff peppers and bake uncovered at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
