Stuffed baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- chopped fresh parsley - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium baking potatoes - 6 item
How to make stuffed baked potatoes:
Wash potatoes and rub with oil. Bake at 400° until done. Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Mash pulp; stir in butter and 1 1/2 cups of cheese; add rest of ingredients. Stuff shells with potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
